Farfalla Accounting Solutions is a Bahamas based business founded in 2013 by Karen J. Williams-Bartlett, to facilitate her desire to provide freelance accounting services to small and medium sized clients, with emphasis on flexibility and mobility.
For over 20 years, Karen has provided accounting services to a wide range of clients in various industries and professions, including retail, construction, medical, legal, banking, fund and trust companies. Her career began at a major international accounting firm where she qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) under the State Board of Georgia, and subsequently became a licensee and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA).
She has gained a wealth of combined audit, accounting and financial management experience, and her many accounting and financial management positions held in the Bahamas and internationally, have solidified her proficiency in accounting. She is skilled in many payroll, construction and legal software applications, and is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor and a Certified Medical Billing Professional (CMBP).
